Sushant Singh Rajput Demise: Late Actor's Dil Bechara Co-Star Saif Ali Khan Is Numb, ‘Terrible That He Felt That This Was The Way Out’
TV and Film industry is mourning the death of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput. As soon as the news broke of the actor committing suicide losing his battle against depression, industry was left in sheer state of shock. Once again social networking platforms started buzzing about mental health being of utmost importance, to sail through highs and lows of the life. The late actor’s Dil Bechara co-star Saif Ali Khan was shocked with this bitter news and also released a statement.

In his statement Saif Ali Khan mentioned how his Dil Bechara co-star was too young to find this way out to escape from his difficulties of life, despite of having his whole life ahead. Saif’s statement read, “He was way too young with talent and intelligence and a whole life ahead. Terrible that he felt that this was the way out. Very very sad.”  Dil Bechara is the official remake of The Fault In Our Stars, which was also supposed to mark directorial debut of casting director and late actor’s friend Mukesh Chhabra. 

Dil Bechara was supposed to release on May 9, 2020 but due to COVID-19, the movie is kept on hold. Sushant Singh Rajput passed away at the age of 34.


As per reports he was undergoing treatment for depression and his Twitter account cover page, too depicted of the same. As the painting seen on Sushant’s Twitter was made by artist Van Gogh when he was in mental asylum.  

The actor’s last rites are reported to be taking place in Bihar tomorrow, his corpse was taken to Cooper hospital from his Bandra residence.
